Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or playing any game developed or published by Minirelic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our games or services.
 

2. Fair Use and Player Conduct
To ensure a fair and respectful environment for all players, you agree to the following:

• Do not cheat, hack, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party tools or modifications in any of our games.

• Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with our games.

• Do not harass, threaten, insult, or use racist, discriminatory, or offensive language toward other players.

• Do not impersonate other players or Minirelic staff.

• Do not spam, flood, or disrupt in-game communication systems.
   

Minirelic reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, with or without notice.
 

3. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Minirelic is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access or use of your account. We strongly discourage account sharing.
 

4. In-Game Purchases
Our games may offer optional in-game purchases such as virtual items, cosmetics, or currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.
 

5. User Data and Communication
By using our games, you may provide information such as a username, email address, or gameplay data. You agree that Minirelic may collect and use this data to operate and improve its games and services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

6. Account Enforcement and Bans
Minirelic reserves the right to monitor activity in its games and take enforcement actions, including but not limited to:

• Issuing warnings

• Temporarily suspending accounts

• Permanently banning accounts

• Removing in-game items or progress
   

These actions may be taken at our sole discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms or the spirit of fair play.
 

7. Intellectual Property
All content in our games—including artwork, logos, music, characters, and code—is owned by or licensed to Minirelic. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our games without written permission.
 

8. Limitation of Liability
Minirelic is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur through the use or inability to use our games or services. All games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
 

9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of our games means you accept any changes made.
 

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
